Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details (email, name, password hash), player profile data and photos, orders and payments, supporter memberships, contact form messages, and newsletter subscriptions.

Logs. For security we record login attempts with IP addresses and administrative actions (IP address and browser). For page views we store the path and a hash of the IP — never the raw address. Logs are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies. We use only the essential session cookie. No tracking or marketing cookies.

Payments. Payments are handled by bank transfer or MobilePay. We never store card details. Order and payment records are retained for bookkeeping duties even if you delete your account (the link to your account is removed).

Newsletter. Only with separate consent and a confirmation link (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe via the link in every message.

Your rights. You can download all your data (JSON) and delete your account from your profile page at any time. Deletion permanently removes your profile, attributes, memberships and votes.

Visibility. Player profiles are public on the squad page. Your name appears on the supporters wall only if you opt in from your profile.
